I learned concrete on big commercial jobs, pouring slabs, footings and parking lots for a large outfit, and those years taught me that most of a good pour is decided before the truck ever shows up. It comes down to the planning and the ground work nobody sees once it's done. In 2017 I started this business here in Port Hueneme so I could bring that same approach to homes and smaller jobs.
These days we're best known for driveways, patios and foundations, and our calls come from homeowners, property owners and small businesses that need a lot or a slab they can count on. What I care about most are the parts you can't see after the pour, like the subgrade, which is the packed ground the slab sits on, plus the joints and the curing. I'd rather spend an extra half hour explaining what to expect than have you surprised by a crack or a puddle later on.
